Deposit
The deposit that is charged with every online reservation equals the price of the first night. The reservation order is completed as soon as the deposit money is received by Arkadi Hotel.
Early departure and No-show:
If the client doesn’t used the reserved rooms for the whole or part of the agreed period the hotel has the right to keep the deposit money as compensation. If the client warns the hotel at least 3 days, and 10 days during the summer months (July, August, September), in advance then the hotel is obliged to return the deposit that it has received.
Personal details
Arkadi Hotel uses the personal details of the client with total secrecy and only in accordance with the reservation and use of the rooms. The hotel is bound not to disclose the personal details of the client on to third parties for any reason whatsoever.
Credit Cards:
To conclude the reservation order the client is redirected to a secure webpage by Piraeus Bank (Winbank) where he submits his/her credit card details. The credit card then is charged with the price of the first night of the reservation order. In no case will the client be asked to submit his/her credit card details in any page of the Arkadi Hotel website (www.arkadi-hotel.gr) and said details will not be saved on the hotel web server.
